Introducing the framework for the Myers- Briggs Type Indicator (a personality type tool based on Jungian Psychology) you will gain insight into how you operate, how others in your team might operate and where gaps may be.

Presenter
Susan Handisides CA of Sea Change Solutions (www.seachange. co.nz) is a consultant, business coach and career coach. She has been working with individuals and teams for over 10 years and works with small businesses to enhance their performance.
Susan began her career as an accountant and she remains proudly a NZICA member. Susan has been self-employed, worked for a small accounting firm, been a consultant with Ernst & Young in Wellington and London, spent a number of years as the accountant for a not-for-profit organisation, worked with private sector organisations and of course held treasurer roles (when you see her personality type this will make sense).
