Webinar: Processes and Dynamics in investment decisions for Family-Owned Businesses Many new businesses are family owned, or controlled. A strict adherence step processes may not work where there are multiple interests and viewpoints. Tony shares his experiences as a Rabobank succession-planning facilitator – familiar with dealing with the often complex dynamics of a family businesses. Tony outlines the processes an adviser could employ to ensure sound investment decisions, whilst dealing with various family structures, and personal and family priorities and goals.
