The conference, to be held at Sky City, is expected to attract over 100 planners, accountants, fund managers, trustees, software developers, portfolio administrators and consultants. It is being produced by AiC Worldwide in association with Good Returns.
Other keynote participants at the conference include:
- Doug Somers-Edgar, Managing Director, Money Managers
- Dr Rodger Spiller, Managing Director, Money Matters
- Michael Chamberlain, Chairman, Association of Superannuation Funds of New Zealand
- Graham Rich, Managing Director, Morningstar

The program, which includes discussions on portfolio administration, online broking, e-commerce and legal issues, was put together in close consultation with leaders in the New Zealand financial planning industry.
Event organiser Symon Rubens says the event will provide a valuable forum for all industry players:
"Financial Planners and their suppliers can’t afford to miss this high level event – the forum will be a sharing of ideas, a discussion of the issues and will allow delegates access to the country’s industry leaders."
Held simultaneously to the conference will be a free exhibition, which will feature New Zealand’s leading suppliers to the Financial Planning industry – an ideal opportunity for planners and other industry participants to compare and contrast the products and services of the various suppliers.
Practicing financial planners will receive a discount to attend the conference – for a copy of the full program, please call Symon Rubens on 612 9210 5783, or email srubens@aicconf.com.au.
