Financial Planner of the Year Finalists
The finalists in this year’s financial planner of the year Awards have been announced.

Now in its fifth year, the awards have two categories, the CFP of the Year, which is open to New Zealand-based advisers who hold the internationally-recognised Certified Financial Planner designation, and the Young Financial Planner of the Year Award.
The finalists in the CFP of the Year are:
- Richard Holden Financial Edge Planning Ltd, Christchurch
- Phillip King Ellerie Cornwall Financial Limited, Tauranga
- Alison Renfrew Creating Wealth Ltd, Wellington.
The finalists in the Young Financial Planner of the Year Awards are:
- Rosemary Bevins Naylor Lawrence & Associates, Palmerston North
- Nicole Hoy New Zealand Financial Planning, Wellington
- Philip Holland, Harmer Parr, Tauranga
- Bryce Pratt, Spicers Portfolio Management, Palmerston North.
An awards presentation and dinner will be held in Auckland on November 4th. The dinner is a celebration of financial planning in New Zealand and an opportunity to acknowledge the best in the industry.
The Awards are organised by Good Returns and sponsored by AMP, ING, MFS Pacific, AXA and Tower, with prizes supplied by Morningstar, Microsoft, Telecom, Hewlett Packard and Life By Design.
