Guardian Trust to make first repayment
Guardian Trust has announced that it will make the first repayment of capital to investors in the Guardian Mortgage Fund on 16 March. The initial partial redemption will comprise 15% of each investor’s holdings in the Fund.

The Guardian Mortgage Fund is being wound up and repayments made following a meeting of investors on 4 February.
Guardian Trust will announce the timing and amount of the second partial redemption once determined.
Guardian Trust Managing Director Greg Campbell said, “Our priority is to preserve our investors’ capital, and we are pleased to begin the process of repayment. Market conditions remain challenging, but we are working hard to repay investors, and we appreciate their loyalty and support as we work to ensure an optimal outcome.”
