Silver Fern Mortgages has cut 55 basis points from its floating rate and made some big increases to its fixed rates of two-years and longer. Its two-year rate rose 25 bps, its three-year up by 75 bps and its four and five-year rates rose by 80 and 100 basis points respectively.
Housing NZ lifted its two-year rate by 25 points on top of last weeks 45 and 30 point increase to its three and five-year rates respectively.
