Credit Union North is the second non-bank lender to make changes for 2010 with adjustments to its one, two and three-year rates.
Its one and three-year rates both increased by 15 basis points to 6.35% and 8.10% respectively, both staying close to the medians for those periods.
The two-year rate jumped up 10 basis points to 7.30% which is still below the median of 7.40% for non-bank lenders.
Apologies to CBS, yesterday, as many of you will have picked up we mixed up the numbers the increases to their rates weren't 20 and 30 percent, but basis points.
