In a sign that credit conditions maybe easing and banks getting more competitive, ANZ has made changes to its Simple Variable rate.
It removed its condition of 80% or less LVR and is now offering its product at 5.69% to all customers.
Meanwhile HBS made a change to its one-year rate hiking it up 15 basis points to 6.10% which is still below the median of 6.30% for non-bank lenders.
