HSBC yesterday increased its floating rate by 19 basis points and its one-year rate by 25 basis points to 6.49% and 5.99% respectively, with it’s four year rate dropping 15 basis points to 7.30%.
CBS Canterbury has also made changes, increasing its floating rate by 26 basis points to 6.25% and reducing its five year rate by 25 basis points to 7.95%.
