Banks loosen lending criteria

Borrowers will be relieved to see that banks are finally becoming a little more flexible with lending, testing the waters with high-quality borrowers and launching spring campaigns.
In Expert Views, economists do not expect the Official Cash Rate (OCR) to increase next week, with third quarter inflation being well-behaved.
