Update on ETITO registration numbers and changes to TOWER's asset management team.

ETITO Set B update
The pass rate for ETITO's Set B examination remains at 77% and so far 1612 candidates have sat and passed the exam, according to the latest ETITO update.
In the week commencing December 20, 2595 advisers had booked to sit the Standard Set B exam and 611 were booked for the Set C assessment, which 38 candidates had completed.
In the same week the number of active candidates registered with the training organisation stood at 3737, with the number of pending candidates registered with ETITO at 557.
In the week commencing December 13, 2466 advisers were booked for t he Standard Set B exam, with 1299 sitting and passing. For the Set C assessment 535 candidates were booked and 34 had completed the assessment.
Changes at Tower
Tower Investments has made a number of new appointments at its asset management team and recently relocated from Wellington to Auckland.
"The new asset management team will operate together within an interactive environment to share their best investment ideas," said Tower Investments CEO Sam Stubbs.
The new team is a mixture of internal promotions and external hires (details in PEOPLE).
"The team will function as our ‘brains trust' for managing clients' funds, with a strong emphasis on better communicating tower's unique ‘house view' on investment markets to our investors and wider public," Stubbs said.
