People dominate news

The news this morning is more around people than rates. ASB has a new chief executive, someone who previously held roles at the bank and Sovereign; also one of the directors of NZF has resigned.
The only rate change recorded so far today are cuts to rates at Nelson Building Society. We will also have an update later today on the story about NZMBA lowering its membership fees.
