tnp rewards advisers with shares

[Advertorial] TNP is pleased to announce the recent launch of our Member Equity Scheme and release of our Prospectus and Investment Statement.

Monday, July 2nd 2012, 6:00AM

TNP logoAt TNP we are focused on developing services and benefits for our members that reward success - this share offer is just another way we can add unique value to our member's businesses and show them the recognition they deserve. TNP is all about ‘partnering for success' - we're here to partner with our members to help them build and grow their businesses and achieve higher levels of success.

This offer is all about enabling our valued members, who have partnered with us in making our business what it is today, to participate in the group's success going forward. By giving members the opportunity to own shares in The NP Equity Group Limited (which underpins TNP) and to benefit from the success of TNP, that sense of mutual partnership is reinforced.

Shares are allocated on a production basis to all existing members (though certain eligibility criteria do apply) and we're also thrilled to be able to pay a retrospective cash dividend to our shareholders for each of the 2009, 2010, and 2011 years, making these shares even more of a valuable reward.

We are confident that the TNP and The NP Equity Group have and will continue to demonstrate a high level of corporate governance and financial strength. A significant amount of work and investment has been carried out in developing the Prospectus and Investment Statement and to allow this offer to be made available, all of which has positioned TNP and The NP Equity Group well for its future endeavours. Going forward we will continue to make sure our services are fully transparent as an assurance to our members that we're truly focused on the long-term success of their businesses, and not just our own.

Members can take from this a degree of comfort that we're here to stay, and that we're serious about building a platform now for further growth and development.

It's just another way we're proving to be more than just another typical aggregation group.

A copy of the Prospectus and Investment Statement can also be downloaded from www.tnpnz.co.nz. If you're interested in more information about the TNP Member Equity Scheme, or how TNP can partner with you to help make your business even more of a success, contact a TNP BDM today on 0508 367 867 or email info@tnpnz.co.nz.
