Lo-doc lending back again

There's not a lot happening at the moment, well no rate changes to report. So instead of news here is a question. We are working on a piece looking at lo-doc lending. Lo-docs were pretty common a few year back but disappeared when the housing market slowed down. They seem to be making a bit of a reappearance again, but in a different form. So the questions: Who is doing lo-doc lending? Have you done any lo-doc deals? How are you finding the lo-doc market? If you can help here please drop an email to philip@goodreturns.co.nz.

Lo Doc got a hammering from 08 onwards and the Banks withdrew. Only one true Lo Doc product out there but about to be joined by another. Neither are mainstream Bank and rates from around 6.75% and maximum LVR 75%. Minimum trading is only 12 months too. Sign In to add your comment
