It has been holding meetings with groups such as the PAA and Financial Services Council over recent weeks but it said those were informal, designed to discuss the operation of the Act in its first 18 months.
A spokesman said the series of questions that had been circulated was not a discussion documented.
“With a number of changes in the Ministry’s structure and staff over the past year, the meetings were an informal opportunity to touch base on the operation of the Act and establish relationships with some of our stakeholders.”
He said if or when a formal review was undertaken, there would be wide consultation.
