Hanover Finance directors Mark Hotchin and Eric Watson have reportedly won a six figure settlement from the NZ Shareholders Association.
The NZ Herald reports the association has paid a significant sum to settle a defamation case.
The case revolves around comments its former chairman Bruce Sheppard made against the duo in television and radio interviews, in emails to MPs and ministers, and on his blog.
