Directors plead guilty

Three former directors of Dominion Finance and North South Finance have pleaded guilty to making untrue statements.
Vance Arkinstall and Richard Bettle pleaded guilty to five Securities Act charges over investment statements and extension certificates. Paul Forsyth pleaded guilty to seven charges of making untrue statements.
They will be sentenced on August 16.
