The Financial Advisers Discplinary Committee was established as part of the Financial Advisers Act which came into force more than two years ago. The Financial Markets Authority can refer cases to the committee for hearing.
Case number four is the alleged ponzi scheme operator David Ross. Other advisers to be charged are Stephen Musaphia. While Musaphia has a relationship with Preferred NZ, the charges relate to his investment company Financial Frontiers Ltd which was at the time of the incident contracted to Goldridge NZ Ltd.
The other two are Rodney Bourke-Shaw from Oxford Investment Services and Graham Beecroft from G Beecroft & Associates Limited.
