Botherway considers property fund: report

Former fund manager Simon Botherway is reported to be establishing a new property fund which may be listed on the NZX.

The Sunday Star-Times reports that  Botherway is looking to buy some Auckland CBD properties. Botherway is reported as saying it's too premature to talk about what he is doing.
