Ross investors face $3.8m clawback

The liquidators of Ross Asset Management are seeking to clawaback $3.8 million paid to three investors before the alleged Ponzi scheme collapsed.
These transactions are considered to be voidable under the Companies Act. The liquidators say they are stll waiting to hear from the investors or their representatives before determining whether to commence legal proceedings. They also indicate other investors maybe pursued for money.
