K2 changes stock selection process
Tuesday, September 3rd 2013, 6:00PM
K2 Asset Management is changing its stock selection process, one of the three key areas where it adds value to its Select International Fund.
It is removing dedicated regional allocations so all stocks selected will compete for capital under one investment process
The number of portfolio stock holdings will likely drop from 100-120 to 50-70 and fund turnover will fall. K2 expects that these changes will increase conviction and enhance performance.
