Sovereign’s Customer Relationship Team has taken out the Insurance Industry award for the eighth time at the 2013 CRM Contact Centre Awards.
"To take the top award for the eighth year in a row speaks for itself as to this team’s drive and dedication to help our customers," chief operating officer Gavin Dixon says.
The team was judged on responsiveness, anticipating the needs of customers, getting it right first time, sales knowledge, awareness, and valuing the customer.
Sovereign's Adviser Relationship Team was a finalist in the Helpdesk Award for the second year, with team member Thomas Sturgess judged as one of the Top 6 Inbound Customer Service Consultants.
