Three Ross investors asked to pay back millions

Investors who received almost $4 million between them from Ross Asset Management have been asked to pay it back.
The three investors, who were paid out $3.8 million in the two years before the high-profile collapse of David Ross’ Ponzi scheme, have been contacted by PwC liquidators John Fisk and David Bridgman.
If the clawback is successful, other payments could be targeted.
Investors lost more than $115 million with Ross, but a small number made profits out of their investments.
