ASB offers two-year special

ASB is offering a special two-year fixed rate of 5.95%. It is available for customers who have at least 20% equity (i.e. a Loan to Valuation Ratio of less than or equal to 80%), an ASB credit card and have their main transaction account (with salary credit) with ASB.
The rate is also offered by Bank Direct and Sovereign.
