Sky TV considering bond offer

SKY Television is considering making an offer of up to $100 million of unsecured unsubordinated fixed rate bonds to New Zealanders and is now seeking preliminary indications of interest. The bonds are expected to have a seven year term.
It is expected that the full details of the offer will be released within the next two weeks.
ANZ Bank New Zealand has been appointed arranger, organising participant and joint lead manager, and Bank of New Zealand and Westpac Banking Corp are also joint lead managers.
