Coplestone becomes new disciple

Clayton Coplestone's Heathcote Investment Partners, in conjunction with Apostle Funds Management, has launched the Dundas Global Equity Fund for both institutional and retail investment in New Zealand.
The fund brings the investment expertise of Apostle’s newest affiliate manager, Edinburgh-based Dundas Global Investors, to the New Zealand market place.
Dundas manages a single investment strategy in global equities, using a bottom-up fundamental approach. It relies on its own research to seek out companies with sustainable dividend growth, with no distinction made between emerging and established markets.
“Dundas’s approach of generating both capital growth and dividend income for investors, through investing in a mix of emerging and traditional global markets, is one that we believe will be very attractive to the New Zealand market," Coplestone says.
