C+M payout inches closer

Capital + Merchant receivers are closer to making a distribution to investors.
KordaMentha has reached a settlement with first-ranking creditors.
They received $10.3 million from a $18.5 million settlement between Capital + Merchant’s liquidator and its auditor, BDO Spicers.
KordaMentha said it expected to be able to write to all debenture holders within the next month.
