The lowest floating rate on offer

Since the OCR announcement we have seen floating rates and some revolving credit rates come down 25 basis points. Those to move so far include: ANZ, Kiwibank, SBS and HBS.
Westpac has passed on just 15 points of the cut taking its rate to 6%.
