ANZ issues bonds
ANZ is making two offers of unsecured subordinated bonds.

The bonds are for up to $100 million of floating rate and $100 million of fixed-rate bonds.
The offers are open to institutional and New Zealand retail investors.
They are tipped to close on March 16 and the bonds are likely to be issued on March 22.
The floating rate bonds have a maturity date of March 22, 2019 and an indicative margin of 1% a year.
The fixed-rate bonds have a maturity date two years later and an indicative margin of 1.4%.
Both are rated AA- from Standard & Poor's.
The minimum to invest is $10,000.
