Harmoney launches automated service
Peer-to-peer platform Harmoney has launched its automated lending system.

It has today written to investors, telling them Auto-Lend is being rolled out and will be available to a new group of lenders every day.
The tool will allow investors to automate some or all of their investment. It is optional and only works if it is turned on.
Once it is turned on, when a loan is loaded on to the platform, Auto-Lend assesses whether it meets an investor’s personal investment strategy. “If it does, then the system will order notes in that loan as per your settings,” Harmoney said.
Users of Auto-Lend get priority over manual lending because loans go through the engine before they reach the general marketplace.
