ASB happy with Aegis
ASB Bank chief executive Barbara Chapman says its platform business, Aegis, is "performing well" at the moment.

Aegis is facing increased competition from the NZX-owned NZX Wealth Technologies platform, which recently signed on Craigs Investment Partners and Hobson Wealth (formerly Macquarie). As well as competition from FNZ and Consillium.
Some advisers have expressed concerns about the Aegis platform and its current performance, and there have been rumours the bank may try to sell Aegis.
However, Chapman says that's not correct: "I think it's gossip and speculation," she says.
