Warminger appeal date set

A date has been set for Mark Warminger and the FMA to return to court.
Each plan to appeal the verdict of the recent market manipulation case, in which Warminger was found to have breached market manipulation standards in two of 10 cases.
The appeal will be heard on October 24 and 25.
