Co-Op bank goes long while others short

The Co-operative Bank has pushed its four and five year rates down by 10 basis points each for its Owner-Occupied and Standard products.
This is contrast to Kiwibank and SBS which yesterday lowered floating rates.
We've sorted the table from lowest to highest five year rates here as not many lenders off four-year rates.
