Cressida Capital has appointed Warren Law in a business development role.
He has more than 15 years of finance experience in banking positions including Construction Finance, Commercial Banking, and Business Banking. Law has a strong background in property finance. This was followed by a recent consulting role at Property Finance NZ Ltd. Prior to that he spent more than 10 years at ANZ.
Having worked on both sides of the table he appreciates the need for quick responses and professional service from a lender.
Fluent in Mandarin, Law is particularly excited about this role as he can draw on his technical strengths and networks within the adviser community in an organisation that has $50m available immediately to meet market demand.
