Today, The Co-operative Bank has cut all its fixed home loan rates. It's six-month rate is the lowest in the market, and its one-year rate is up there (with the exception of HSBC's 3.99% rate.
Since the one year rate is the favoured term at the moment, here is the table sorted lowest to highest.
