He thinks vendors are holding out for the maximum return while the seasonal influx of listings means purchasers have more choice and are refusing to be rushed into buying.
The average price for a home in Auckland has climbed for the fourth month in a row. It is now $367,000, 11,000 more than last month. The average price has increased by more than $44,000 since July.
