Council to sell about 70pc of its leasehold land
In what has been described as an exciting and significant move, the Dunedin City Council's property department plans to sell about 70 per cent of its leasehold land.

The council owns 304 areas of leasehold land, with a combined rateable value of $24.7 million. They include 44 industrial sites, 30 central business district properties, 154 residential properties, and a small number of sites in rural and large-scale retail zones.
