Village zones get Queenstown okay
Work could begin this summer on a massive residential and commercial village in Queenstown, expected to be worth more than $1 billion once completed.

Providing there were no appeals to the Environment Court opposing the zone in the next three weeks, Jacks Pt developers hoped to start infrastructural and landscaping work this summer, spokesman John Darby said.
