High rise apartments limited to North Shore's CBD
High-rise living in North Shore looks set to be confined to Takapuna.

Property developers Cornerstone Group last month announced plans to build what would be the Shore's tallest building on the site of Takapuna Village.
Nearly half of the 120 units, which start at $600,000, were sold even before resource consent was lodged.
