Business park for Penrose
Location Group is planning to convert a former 2.5ha truck wrecking site at 645 Great South Rd into a business park.

Development manager Chris Davies says the park will comprise 16 road-frontage retail premises along with standalone office buildings and combined warehouse and office complexes.The park will cater for a wide variety of businesses, he says. Warehousing firms will be offered a range of container and goods handling solutions. A ring road skirting the site will ease truck movements while maintaining separation from office activities.
Businesses will be able to lease or own buildings configured to their requirements.
