New waterfront building for capital
A four-storey building is planned for a vacant site on Wellington's Queen's Wharf.

Though still at concept stage, the $25 million complex is intended to set the standards for future buildings on the waterfront, spokeswoman Barbara Bercic said.
The pedestrian level space was likely to be leased for retail activity.
