Sales start for $40m plan
Strata-titled floors of a $40 million office park planned for land alongside Ellerslie Racecourse are being sold before construction starts.

Colliers International agent John Davies said three floors in the proposed four-building Ascot Office Park development had already been sold.Developer Landplan will build the campus-style office park, accessed from Ascot Ave beside the Novotel Hotel, as well as a serviced apartment project alongside.
Four four-level office blocks with 610sq m floors are planned for the site, where building work is about to start and scheduled to be finished by the third quarter of next year.
