The panel asked for an enhanced streetscape, changes to the entrances of the buildings and alterations to plans for the corners of the six-level office park to rise at the intersection of Fanshawe St and Daldy St.Developer Trans Tasman Properties executive director Rod Hodge said last week all but one suggested change had been agreed to.
"The urban design panel did make some suggestions regarding the building which are generally incorporated into the design now," he said. "The only area that was not able to be accepted was the movement of the front entry from its current position to the corner of Fanshawe/Beaumont St, which would have contravened other design requirements under the district plan."
