Anzo property value up 10.4 per cent
AMP NZ Office Trust (Anzo) today revealed an $82 million gain in its annual portfolio revaluation.

Anzo, the country's largest listed office property investor, said the independent valuation put a figure of $842.4 million on its property portfolio, up almost 11 per cent on a year ago.The company's investments include the PricewaterhouseCoopers Tower, ANZ centre and Quay Tower in Auckland. In Wellington it owns the State Insurance Tower, Mobil on the Park, HP Tower and a number of government-occupied buildings including Pastoral House and three Terrace properties.
The revaluation gain increases Anzo's net tangible assets per unit by 10.3 per cent to $1.
