New national president for Property Council of NZ
The Property Council of NZ has elected a new national president to replace Greg Whitten of Tower Asset Management.

Whitten has finished his two-year term and passes the reins Paul Duffy, chief executive of the Dominion Group.Duffy was appointed as the chief executive of the Dominion Group in March 2001 and has had 29 years experience in the property industry, both within New Zealand and internationally.
He was previously general manager of Fletcher Property Ltd and, before that, joint managing director with an offshore government property investment agency, responsible for the formation of a large real estate portfolio in the United States and Europe.
