Once fully developed, Five Mile will become a community of up to 10,000 people.Development director Justin Prain says, “We’re casting our net pretty widely for this role. It’d be great to see some local talent in the job though”.
Construction on the first stage including an extensive underground car park has already begun, with design patterns and guidelines for the town – including the 80 stage 1 buildings – currently being developed by planners DPZ Pacific.
