realestate.com.au gives a toss about renters

A dismal 11%* of Australian renters are happy with their current accommodation, so realestate.com.au has bitten the bullet and is offering Australia's renters a break from their rental reality.
During October and November, stressed out renters can enjoy a relaxing weekend at the realestate.com.au Renters Retreat.
Located on an entire floor of Sydney's newest luxury boutique hotel, The Diamant, the Renters Retreat will provide over 200 Australian renters with a break from the trials of the property hunt.
Unloved renters log onto www.realestate.com.au/renters and share their rental rage stories. Once entered, they go into the running to win a weekend away at the retreat.
realestate.com.au's general manager Shaun Di Gregorio says, "We're seeing a great social divide between renters and homeowners in Australia. We feel it's important we give some status back to renters".
