Manch to quit as REAA chief
Keith Manch has announced he is stepping down from his role as chief executive of the Real Estate Agents Authority (REAA).

Manch said he will be leaving the role in December to take on the role of chief executive and director or Maritime NZ.
He took on the role of REAA chief just eight months ago, replacing Janet Mazenier.
"While I leave with some regret, the opportunity provided by the Maritime NZ role was too good to pass up," he said.
"The board is already working to identify my replacement and will ensure that there is a smooth transition. In the meantime it is business as usual as we continue to embed our new approach."
