The woman, who lived in Arrowtown her entire life, bequeathed the proceeds of the sale of her home to the Royal New Zealand Foundation of the Blind Guide Dog Services.
Her property has now been placed on the market for sale by Bayleys, and will be auctioned on November 29.
It has a 2011 rateable valuation of $435,000.
Other portions of her estate will go to 16 other charities.
