Auckland rents up
New rent statistics show solid increases across Auckland.

The biggest year-on-year average rent increase reported was 17%, in four-bedroom homes in Takapuna/Milford, from $667 to $778.
There were no year-on-year declines in average rent among two-bedroom properties. The only drop among three-bedroom homes was in East Coast Bays, where rents were down 4%.
Across most of the city, rents were up between 4% and 6%.
